Real Madrid are ready to do the impossible versus Barcelona, says Sergio Ramos

The Spain international will not underestimate the difficulty in advancing past the Catalan club in the cup, yet feels a place in the semi-finals is a possibility

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has admitted that the Blancos face a difficult task to qualify for the next round in Wednesday's second leg of their Copa del Rey quarter-final against Barcelona, but stressed that they are ready to 'do the impossible'.
Madrid were beaten 2-1 in the first leg at Santiago Bernabeu last week, yet Ramos is confident that they can still make it to the semi-finals.

"We are completely convinced of being able to turn the tie around. Real Madrid always come to mind when people think of impossible games," Ramos was quoted as saying on the Madrid website.

"We're forced to do our best and try to reach the next round. Real Madrid's morale is rather good thanks to the good results we're earning this season.

"Making comebacks is integral to this institution and we're more united than ever. We're excited about reaching the next round. Real Madrid always think about making a comeback regardless of the score in the first leg."

Wednesday's match at Camp Nou kicks off at 22.00CET.
